A little about myself

Hello, My name is Jesse Adams and I would like to begin by encouraging you to ask me any question that comes to your mind.

I was born in Minneapolis, MN in April of 1981.  When I was six months old my parents decided to move to a cabin up north.  My younger brother and I grew up playing in the woods surrounding our home and as a family we still enjoy the outdoors by taking an annual canoe trip to Canada.

I married my high school sweetheart in August 2003 (yes, I remember my anniversary).  We are approaching our five year anniversary this year and we are looking forward to continuing our lives together.

I have always enjoyed interacting with the people around me and as a business minded individual I have found the real estate field to be a complex, fun and satisfying career.

I look forward to speaking with you and helping you fulfill your real estate goals.  Thank You.

Sincerely,

Jesse Adams

Looking for real estate in the Walker, Hackensack and greater lakes area.

Whether you're looking for a luxury lake home, a cabin getaway up north, a family home or just a vacant piece of property, you want a real estate agent who knows the Walker, Hackensack, Akeley, Laporte and greater lakes area of Minnesota.  As a person who grew up fishing the lakes and riding the trails of our area I have the knowledge to help you find the real estate property that fits your needs.

So how do you know if you're working with a dedicated and professional agent?

Interviewing potential agents can be a frustrating and seemingly daunting task.  Deciding what to ask and trying to determine which person gives you the greatest chance of a smooth and successful transaction can be confusing at the best of times.

Listed below are some questions you may want to consider adding to your interview process.

   A good agent should have intelligent answers to all of the following;

Will you be working for me Part-time or Full-time?

How successful is your office in the area?

What percentage of your listings actually sell?

What kind of advertising do you do?  Can I see some samples?

How do you attract buyers from outside the local market?

How often and in what manner will I be kept informed?

Do you have a staff to help with the details?

So, do you think those questions would make most agents stumble or feel uncomfortable?  A qualified and professional Realtor should be prepared and capable of giving you the information you want to know!
